Business Development Manager

Role Overview:

Swiss Nexus is partnering with a pioneering on-chain platform that offers fixed yields through a permissionless, non-custodial vault marketplace. Their mission is to make advanced structured products decentralized, intuitive, and accessible to institutional investors.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead institutional adoption of on-chain yield products in the UK market. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong TradFi background looking to bridge into DeFi. You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, onboarding investors, and scaling DCI vaults across the UK.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Design and execute a business development roadmap focused on institutional expansion.

  • Investor Onboarding: Engage and onboard institutional investors, trading desks, and market makers.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, and family offices.

  • Market Representation: Act as the company’s ambassador within London’s TradFi and DeFi communities.

Required Expertise:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales & trading, investor relations, asset management, or investment banking.

  • Strong financial network in London with exposure to both TradFi and DeFi.

  • Solid understanding of digital assets, derivatives, and structured yield products.

  • Proven ability to build relationships and close strategic deals.

Compensation:

  • Competitive package with a £200k base salary and performance incentives.

Location:

  • Remote, with a preference for candidates based in London and possessing a strong local network.
